Green Ash 
(Fraxinus pennsylvanica)

Green ash is a durable tree adapting well as a city street tree or a wind break species.  It prefers moist sites and tolerates flooding, but is also moderately drought tolerant.  Green ash is tolerant of high pH, alkaline, and saline soils.  Trees may are more susceptible to lilac bores when stressed.
